Dialog has an abundance of free training resources and instructional workbooks, guides, and quick reference cards. The files listed below have been posted here for your convenience. Please feel free to download and to distribute these files as needed. A Copyright Permission Form is provided so you may reproduce the instructional materials for student use. Most of these documents are in PDF format.

NOTE: Although PDF documents can be viewed online, you may find that the quality — especially that of the screen shots and other graphics — is better when printed. To view the PDF documents, you will need to use the most recent version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 or later), which is available free from Adobe.
